Company Background:
Edward Jones has done tax preparation and accounting software consulting on a part time basis since leaving the IRS in 1979. He received both his CPA certificate and MBA from Wright State University in 1982 while a partner with the CPA Firm of Bromagen and Jones CPAs in Centerville, OH. Since that time he spent ten years as a division controller for fortune 200 company, SYSCO, as well as controllerships for other businesses in food processing, manufacturing and retail and internet marketing. He also spent two tax seasons as full time tax preparer for Taylor Applegate and Hughes CPAs and one with Clark Schasfer Hackett, CPAs. He has been a full time sole proprietor in his accounting and financial planning business since June of 2002. He passed NASD series 7 exam in October of 2003 and the NASD Series 66 in December 2004.
